Christmas Eve:

Oysters on the half shell with green apple and horseradish
Deviled eggs with chives, smoked paprika, and piment d'espelette
Roasted head-on shrimp 
Garlic bread
Champagne and eggnog

Christmas Day:

Porchetta roast
Creamed onion gratin
Roasted potatoes
