More about the bread

It was a huge success and the entire thing got eaten pretty quickly. I think I only had a slice myself. Andy has requested that I make this bread every weekend for the rest of eternity, which I take as a huge compliment. It really wasn't me, it was the recipe, which was easy. Next time I make it (this weekend?) I'll try cooking it in my big red Staub pot instead of the metal Cuisinart. The bread browned pretty quickly in the thinner metal pan so I am interested to see how it will work out in a cast iron black lined pan.
